Shipping Policy

AiON is a telemedicine service: our programmes are provided online and, as a general rule, do not require any physical shipment. Access to the medical assessment, reports and follow-up takes place through the platform and by email.

However, some programmes include home delivery of devices or supporting materials (for example, a scale or other tracking accessories). This policy governs those shipments.

1. Medicines

AiON does not ship medicines. Any medicines prescribed by the physician are dispensed exclusively through authorised pharmacies, upon presentation of the corresponding prescription.

2. Coverage, timeframes and costs

We ship physical items only within Spain. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for mainland Spain and 5 to 10 working days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page, the cost of shipping the materials included in a programme is included in the price of the programme.

Timeframes are counted from the activation of the programme or, if the shipment requires prior medical validation, from that validation. We will notify you of the shipment by email and, where available, provide the tracking number.

3. Delivery and incidents

Delivery is made to the address provided by the user, who is responsible for its accuracy. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; any additional costs arising from incorrect details may be passed on to the user.

If the packaging shows obvious damage at the time of delivery, we recommend that you record this with the carrier and notify us as soon as possible.

4. Damaged items: 14-day replacement guarantee

If an item arrives at your home in poor condition, broken or defective, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us. Once the incident has been verified, we will replace the item with a new one at no cost to you.

This guarantee covers replacement (exchange) of the item, not a refund. To make a claim, write to us stating your order number and attaching photographs of the item and the packaging.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights granted to you under consumer legislation regarding the conformity of goods.
